That's why we're thrilled to announce our Passport Discovery Initiative! This program aims to provide financial assistance for passports to deserving children in the Philadelphia and Greater Philadelphia area. We believe that by removing this financial obstacle, we can empower young people to dream big and explore the world beyond their own backyards.
How the Passport Discovery Initiative Works
To qualify for the Passport Discovery Initiative, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Be a resident of the Philadelphia or Greater Philadelphia area
Be between the ages of 14 and 25
Demonstrate financial need
Submit a completed application, including an essay or video explaining why they would like to obtain a passport and how it would impact their life
A selection committee will review all applications and select recipients based on financial need, academic performance, and the strength of their essays.
Time is Running Out!
The deadline for Passport Discovery Initiative applications is fast approaching. We encourage all eligible children to submit their applications by August 3rd to be considered for this incredible opportunity. Winners will be announced on August 8th.
