Passport Scholarship Application Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility: The Passport Scholarship Program is open to individuals between the ages of 14 and 25 who demonstrate financial need and a strong desire to participate in transformative travel experiences.
Application Process: All applicants must complete the online application form in its entirety. Incomplete or inaccurate applications may result in disqualification.
Submission Deadline: Applications must be submitted by the specified deadline to be considered for the scholarship. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Selection Process: Scholarship recipients will be selected based on financial need, academic achievement, extracurricular involvement, and the quality of their essay responses. The selection process will be conducted by the Steven's Wings scholarship committee.
Notification: Scholarship recipients will be notified via email or phone within a specified timeframe following the application deadline. Non-recipients will also be notified of their status.
Acceptance: Scholarship recipients must confirm their acceptance of the scholarship within the specified timeframe. Failure to accept the scholarship within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the award.
Use of Funds: Scholarship funds must be used exclusively for travel-related expenses outlined in the scholarship agreement. Any deviation from the agreed-upon use of funds may result in revocation of the scholarship.
Scholarship Agreement: Scholarship recipients will be required to sign a scholarship agreement outlining the terms and conditions of the award, including expectations for participation and reporting requirements.
Publicity: By accepting the scholarship, recipients grant Steven's Wings permission to use their name, likeness, and application materials for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website content, social media posts, and press releases.
Disqualification: Steven's Wings reserves the right to disqualify any applicant who violates the terms and conditions of the scholarship program or engages in unethical behavior during the application process.
Modification: Steven's Wings reserves the right to modify or cancel the Passport Scholarship Program at any time without prior notice.
By submitting an application for the Passport Scholarship Program, applicants acknowledge that they have read and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.
